This presentation will focus on creating a strategy for all types of job interviews and leveraging the candidate’s personal story to make a genuine connection with the interviewer.

Amanda Weedman, is a Kentucky native who has been living in Colorado since 2012.  A graduate of Murray State University, she is currently working on her MBA at Harding University and is a Senior Recruiter & Coach at Goodwin Recruiting.  Amanda is a 2-time presenter at DisruptHR and creates educational content on LinkedIn to help hiring managers and job seekers.   Amanda lives in Conifer with her husband of 18 years, Jonathan.
